About Csyte
Csyte lets you find a hospital, choose a doctor, and book a confirmed appointment slot — for yourself or for a family member — paying the consultation fee online. Hospitals use Csyte to run their day: their front desk sees the same booking you do, tracks the queue as it moves, and marks your visit as it happens.
What Csyte does
- Search hospitals and browse their verified doctors.
- Book a real time slot — held for you while you pay, confirmed by our server.
- Book for family members on one account, each with their own record.
- Pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking and more) with a receipt you can keep.
- Track the live queue on the day, and cancel within the stated windows.
What Csyte is not
Csyte is not a doctor, a hospital, or an emergency service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment — the consultation is between you and the clinic you book. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital; do not book an appointment.
Your data
Csyte holds the details you register — including health information you enter and, if you provide it, your Aadhaar number, which is stored encrypted. What we hold, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 are set out in full in the Terms & Conditions. You can delete your account and data at any time. A Grievance Officer is being appointed; their name and contact will be published here. Meanwhile every data right — download, correction, consent withdrawal, deletion — is available self-service from your Account page.
The company
Registered company details will be published here on incorporation paperwork completion.
