Delete your Csyte account

You can delete your Csyte account and the personal data held against it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting from the app or the website

  1. Sign in to Csyte.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

If you cannot sign in

A Grievance Officer is being appointed, and their mailbox for written deletion requests will be published here. Until then, deletion runs from inside the app or this site as described above — signing in with your phone number is the identity check either route would need anyway.

What is erased

What is kept, and why

Some records survive deletion. They stay linked to an internal identifier, not to your name, which has been cleared from them.

One case where deletion is refused

We will not delete an account that still has a confirmed — or paid but not yet confirmed — appointment dated today or later. Deleting it would move money as a silent side effect, so cancel the appointment first and then delete. You will be told if this applies to you.

Signing in again later

If you sign in again with the same phone number you get a fresh account with no history. Nothing that was erased comes back, and you will need to accept the terms again before you can book.

Other rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — access/download, correction and consent withdrawal — are available from your Account page. The Grievance Officer's contact will be published here on appointment. See also our Terms & Conditions.
